Building internal platform machinery that helps global teams move faster.

About

I sit at the intersection of high-scale software architecture and enterprise business strategy. At Nike, I turn ambiguous cross-team workflows into intuitive internal tools and robust, scalable systems—whether that means powering over a billion communications a month, charting platform migrations through technical spikes, or cutting CI runtime to one-third so developers stay unblocked.

With an Executive MBA from Quantic, I approach engineering with an eye for organizational leverage and market velocity—authoring Nike Engineering Blog deep-dives and speaking on open-source infrastructure at conferences like SCaLE 22x. Outside the IDE: electronic music, community events, and juggling.

Impact stories from platform work—feature gating, CI velocity, and technical storytelling.

Centralized Access Control & Feature Gating

Nike

Story

Designed and built a centralized access-control and feature-flag platform to replace fragmented, ad-hoc flag logic across core production apps.

Impact

Shipped a multi-tenant API on AWS ECS Fargate with single-table DynamoDB—lowering infra cost vs. per-app services—and published a typed React library so teams can add secure feature gating in about three lines of code.

CI as Code & Developer Experience

Nike

Story

Took ownership of a delivery-pipeline bottleneck where slow test suites were stalling the engineering team.

Impact

Re-architected and parallelized Cypress E2E executions across concurrent Jenkins runners, dropping overall test runtime to one-third of the original and speeding daily production feedback.
